Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded Marketing Lead with a strong background in project management, digital marketing, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing agency environments and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client objectives and deadlines.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client goals, audience demographics, and industry trends.
Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and track project progress.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop cohesive and integrated marketing solutions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and proactively addressing their needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on project management and agency operations.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients and deadlines.
Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects from concept to execution, delivering results on time and within budget.
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to clients.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
